Privacy Policy

Applies to the AI Bot web app (eeedayu.top) and Telegram bot (@my_tg_aibot), operated by dayuslab, an independent developer ("we", "us").

1. Data we collect

• Account data. If you sign in with Telegram: your Telegram user ID and display name. If you register on the web: your email address and a hashed password (we never store plain-text passwords; hashes use PBKDF2-SHA256).
• Conversation data. The messages you send, files you attach, and the AI responses generated for you, so the chat can work across the bot and the web app.
• Usage and billing records. Per-request model, token counts and charges; balance and top-up records, including payment identifiers such as blockchain transaction hashes.
• Technical data. IP address and basic request logs used for rate limiting, abuse prevention and security.

We do not collect your card details. Card payments are processed entirely by our payment providers (such as Creem or Telegram); we only receive confirmation that a payment succeeded.

2. How we use data

To operate the service: authenticate you, generate responses, bill usage accurately, prevent abuse and fraud, enforce our Acceptable Use Policy, and provide support. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use your conversations for advertising.

3. Who data is shared with

• AI model providers. Your prompts are sent to the provider of the model you select (DeepSeek, OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, or xAI) to generate the response, under that provider's API terms.
• Content moderation. Prompts sent through the web app are screened by the Creem Moderation API before generation, to enforce our content rules (see the Acceptable Use Policy). Prompts sent through the Telegram bot's chat or image-generation features are not screened by Creem; they are passed directly to the model provider you select. Telegram /search queries are screened by Creem before the search is run.
• Payment processors. The minimum information needed to process your top-up (e.g., Creem for card payments, Telegram for Stars).
• Legal. Where we are legally required to disclose data, or to report unlawful content such as child sexual abuse material to the competent authorities.

4. Retention and your choices

Conversation history is kept so you can continue chats, until you start a new conversation or ask us to delete it. Billing records are retained for accounting and dispute handling. You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data and your account at any time by emailing support; we respond within 30 days.

5. Security

Passwords are stored only as salted hashes, web sessions are stored as token hashes, and administrative access is restricted. No system is perfectly secure; please use a unique password for your account.

6. Cookies

The web app uses only the cookies/local storage strictly needed to keep you signed in. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies are used.

7. Children

The service is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction), and generating sexual content involving minors is strictly prohibited and reported.
