Terms of Service

Applies to the AI Bot web app (eeedayu.top) and Telegram bot (@my_tg_aibot), operated by dayuslab, an independent developer.

1. The service

AI Bot provides access to third-party AI models (including models from DeepSeek, OpenAI, Anthropic, Google and xAI) for chat and image generation, through a Telegram bot and a web app that share one account and one prepaid balance. AI-generated content is provided for reference only and may be inaccurate; you are responsible for verifying anything you rely on.

2. Accounts

Registration is invite-only. You may sign in with Telegram or with an email and password. You are responsible for activity under your account. Account sharing, resale of accounts or balance, and circumventing the invite system are prohibited (see the Acceptable Use Policy).

3. Balance and billing

Usage is charged against your prepaid USD balance at the rates published on the Pricing page (rates include a service margin over upstream costs; certain models may carry higher rates during peak hours, as described there). Balance is valid indefinitely, does not expire, and can only be used inside this service — it cannot be withdrawn, transferred, or exchanged for cash.

4. Top-ups and refunds

Top-ups are available via USDT (automatic, minimum US$5), Telegram Stars (instant), Alipay/WeChat Pay (manual verification, ¥7.2 = US$1, from ¥36), and card payments where enabled. Topped-up balance is non-refundable in principle. If a payment error occurs (duplicate payment, wrong amount), contact support; verified errors are corrected as follows: USDT is returned on-chain minus network fees, Stars are refunded through Telegram's official refund flow, and Alipay/WeChat payments are returned via the original channel.

5. Acceptable use

Your use of the service must comply with the Acceptable Use Policy, which prohibits among other things generating sexually explicit content, any sexual content involving minors, illegal activity, and abuse of the service. Violations may lead to warnings, suspension, or termination of the account and freezing of the remaining balance, subject to appeal to support.

6. Availability and liability

The service is provided "as is" and may be interrupted by upstream provider outages or maintenance. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator's total liability is limited to the lower of the amount you topped up in the last 30 days and US$50.

7. Free tier

The free tier is provided on an as-is basis from third-party free quotas; availability is not guaranteed and the daily allowance may change. Free-tier usage of Gemini is subject to Google's free-tier terms, and content may be used by Google to improve its products — please do not submit sensitive information on the free tier.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms and the pricing; material changes will be announced in the app or bot before they take effect. Continued use after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance.
